Before treatment for your heart problem begins, you may need some tests to give us more information about your heart condition. At the Heart Centre we use state-of-the-art equipment to get this information.
The Cardiac Rehab Program is dedicated to reducing risks for heart and blood vessel diseases. This includes maintaining and improving the heart health of the people of British Columbia. The Prevention Clinic is dedicated to preventing heart and blood vessel diseases as well as diabetes.
The Heart Failure and Transplant Programs look after people who have heart failure who have been referred either for help with finding out about and treating heart failure or assessment for heart transplant and care after the transplant.
The Pacific Adult Congenital Heart (PACH) Clinic provides care for adults with congenital heart disease. The Heritable Aortopathies clinic (HAC) provides assessments, care and follow up for people with a wide range of genetic disorders that stretch or weaken the aorta.
